True Yoga is a yoga studio in Richmond, BC, that welcomes everyone and is committed to assisting their clients in achieving inner peace in a constantly moving world. Their motto is “Yoga for Everyone,” aiming to help people of all skill levels, ages, and backgrounds.
True Yoga wanted a more user-friendly and functional website that would offer a seamless experience to their customers. The key objectives for True Yoga’s website revamp were to add more functionality and to make it easier for the company to manage the site on their own. Additionally, the new website had to match the structure of True Yoga’s other brand site True Physio & Pilates.
Working in tandem with Designer, Laura Rosset, of Laura Grace Design, taking care to ensure that the new website matched True Yoga’s brand and sister site. Laura Rosset, used a similar layout and design style. She also incorporated True Yoga’s signature colour scheme, which helped to create a cohesive brand identity across all of the company’s digital assets.
Using WordPress as the content management system (CMS) to provide a robust, user-friendly platform that could be easily managed by True Yoga’s team without the need for additional support or expertise to manage content updates, add new events or classes, and manage team profiles.
Developer, Ben Wilson, incorporated various plugins and tools that would enhance the website’s functionality. By integrating True Yoga’s existing Glofox booking software into the website, using embedded calendars with bookable clickable links, True Yoga would be able to provide their clients with a more seamless experience when interacting with the website.
