Kelowna Limo has been providing limo, shuttle, and transportation services in the Okanagan for over a decade. With a range of services offered to various clientele (services include VIP transportation, prom limousine services, wine tours, or medical appointment transportation) and a fleet of luxury vehicles to accommodate guest requests, they needed a website that sufficiently portrayed their services and expertise, while helping them to stand out from their competition.

The Challenge
what they needed
Kelowna Limo approached Vigilante Marketing to repair their website to functional status and provide search engine optimization services to attract new customers over the long term. Before Vigilante started the project forms were not properly supported causing breaks and lost sales from potential customers. The previous design of the website was also unorganized, leading to multiple similar pages, roundabout conversion pathways, and key services not being effectively highlighted.
how we tackled it
Vigilante Marketing’s designer, Tina, wanted the new Kelowna Limo website to stand out from its competitors by looking more luxurious and unique. Tina added gold accents for a more elegant feel, while also adding plenty of white space made the design feel cleaner. To fix the disorganized pages, custom post types were created for the services and vehicle fleet pages to let users find what they were looking for more easily. The layout structure of pages was also updated to put content into sections that could be re-used and highlighted throughout the website. Lastly, their previous forms were replaced by Gravity Forms allowing more customization options and users to provide more information when reaching out, improving Kelowna Limo’s overall sales process for users who reach out via the website.kk
