Sharing Management of Your Domain

1. Sign in to your Google Domains account.
2. Select the name of your domain.
3. Open the menu by clicking on the Menu  icon.
4. Click on “Registration settings“.
5. Under “Domain permissions” click “Add user“.
6. Enter the email address of the person you want to share domain management with. To grant VM access, enter the email [email protected].
7. The person will receive an email notification with a link to log into Google Domains and access the shared domain.

Removing Shared Access to Your Domain

If you no longer want someone to have access to your domain, follow these steps to remove their shared permissions:

1. Sign in to your Google Domains account.
2. Select the name of your domain.
3. Open the menu by clicking on the Menu  icon.
4. Click on “Registration settings.”
5. Under “Domain permissions,” locate the person you want to remove and click on the “Delete” button next to their name.
6. Please note that if you delete the person who set up auto-renew for your domain, another person with access will need to re-enable auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted domain registration.
