who they are

Azhadi Vineyards

High above Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, Azhadi Vineyards is a new winery built around a simple idea: gratitude is meant to be shared. Small-lot wines, a restaurant where Chef Alain brings French training and Persian influence to the table, and a striking building filled with art and natural light all invite guests to slow down and stay a while.

Vigilante Marketing has worked alongside the Azhadi team since before the doors opened, from the first pre-launch landing page to the full website, social channels, newsletters, print and paid campaigns.

The Challenge

What They Needed

Azhadi came to us before there was a building to photograph. The winery was still under construction, the opening date was moving, and the team needed to start building an audience long before they could pour a glass or book a single tasting.

They also had a very clear sense of voice. The brand is refined, formal and deliberate, and every word had to meet that standard.

As the opening came closer, the brief grew. One website had to tell the story of the family, the winemaking and the architecture, present the restaurant, sell wine and memberships, and take reservations for tastings and tours.

All of it had to feel like a single, calm place to spend time, rather than a collection of booking widgets and shop pages stitched together.

Building an Audience First

We started with a pre-launch landing page that invited visitors to join the Azhadi community for exclusive invitations, early access to the restaurant and tastings, and insider updates on new releases. A separate request form gave media and influencers a direct line to the team.

Behind the sign-up sits a three-part welcome email series, rewritten several times with the Azhadi team until the tone was exactly right. We set up the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages, ran Meta ads built from footage of the estate to keep sign-ups growing, and designed print pieces such as postcards, posters and wine spec sheets.

The Full Website

What began as a handful of story pages grew into a complete home for the estate. Designer Tina Raposo created a look drawn from the brand itself: deep green and gold, generous space, elegant serif type, and a looping film of the vineyard that opens the homepage.

The site brings every part of a visit together: Our Story, People, Philanthropy, Architecture, Winemaking, Private Events, Experiences, Dine, Memberships and the Wine Shop. Each section was designed and approved page by page with the Azhadi team before it went into the build.

Built to Sell, Book and Belong

Developer Peter Vigilante connected the site to the platforms the winery runs on. Commerce7 powers the wine shop, gift cards and wine club memberships, styled to sit inside the site rather than feel like a separate store. Every tasting and tour links straight to its own reservation on Tock, so a guest can go from reading about an experience to booking it in a couple of clicks.

The Azhadi team manages events and seasonal happenings themselves, with timed announcements that keep the next tasting front and centre. Since launch we continue to maintain the site, and we support the team with newsletters, social content, signage and paid campaigns.

The Result?

The Azhadi website feels the way the estate does: calm, considered and generous with space. Guests can learn the story, buy wine, join the club and reserve a tasting or tour without ever feeling handed off to another system.
