WordPress core, theme and plugin updates every month, so your site stays compatible, stable and protected.
When a serious vulnerability is announced, we patch it between monthly updates at no extra charge.
We watch your site around the clock and are alerted the moment something looks wrong.
Your site is backed up every night. If anything goes sideways, we restore it at no charge.
If one of our updates causes a problem with your site, we fix it free. That one is on us.
A short report each month showing what we updated and checked, so you always know your site is looked after.
Site Care covers the maintenance; changes are billed only when you need them. Edits, fixes and troubleshooting are billed at $100/hr with a 30-minute minimum per request, and we always confirm before we start.
If you find yourself sending requests most months, Site Support includes up to an hour of help every month and works out cheaper.
