Team Construction Management Ltd. is a Kelowna construction management firm that has been building in the Okanagan since 1981. Its Gold Seal certified team manages commercial, institutional and multi-family projects, and its TEAMdb division provides development management, owner representation and pre-construction leadership.
Vigilante Marketing built and hosts teamconstruction.ca, runs Team’s monthly SEO, and keeps designing and building new pages with them.
Team Construction Management has been building in the Okanagan since 1981. From its Kelowna office, a Gold Seal certified team manages commercial, institutional and multi-family projects, from school campuses and wineries to townhome developments.
The firm also runs TEAMdb, a development management division that helps landowners and investors work out what to build, what it will cost and whether it makes sense, before a shovel goes in the ground.
People who hire a construction manager do their homework. Owners, developers and architects want to see real projects, real credentials and a clear process before they pick up the phone.
So the site had to read the way Team works: organized, plain-spoken and backed by proof. It also had to serve two very different visitors, the owner with a building to deliver and the landowner still deciding what’s possible, and give each of them a clear next step.
A construction firm is only as convincing as its finished work, so every project on the site is its own entry with photos and the story of the build. There are twenty-six so far, from the Aberdeen Hall campus to the Cedar Creek tasting room and the Telemark Townhomes.
Projects are sorted into commercial and multi-family, and the sector pages pull from that same set, so when Team adds a finished build it shows up everywhere it belongs. The new About page carries the idea through with a tile for each type of work that opens on hover to explain what Team builds in that sector.
Development management is a different conversation from construction management, so TEAMdb has its own space on the site. The page walks a landowner through the questions that come before design (what can be built, what it will cost, what the risks are) and ends with one clear offer: book a free 30-minute Development Opportunity Review.
Behind it sits a gated resource library. A visitor enters their name and email and instantly unlocks Team’s capability statement and the 2026 Okanagan and Southern BC Construction Cost Guide. They get something useful right away, and Team gets a qualified lead to follow up with.
Before anyone hires a builder, they search. The Insights hub publishes practical articles on the questions Kelowna owners and developers actually type into Google: development cost charges, holdback under the Builders Lien Act, contingency budgets, the BC Step Code and more.
It’s part of the monthly SEO work we do for Team. Each article is filed under commercial or multi-family so readers can browse by sector, and every page carries clean titles, descriptions and structured data, including FAQ schema on the new About page, so search engines understand what the firm does and where it works.
