Extra time, and all requests on Site Care, are billed at $100/hr (30-minute minimum on Site Care). Site Care is for brochure websites hosted with Vigilante Marketing. Site Support and Site Partner work with any host, though we highly recommend hosting with us, as support for sites hosted elsewhere may be limited.
