The Challenge
what they needed
Ultimate Tradesman came to us wanting to ramp up their client reachability throughout Western Canada and update their online presence to make them stand out from their competition. Unfortunately, their previous website was outdated and lacked a smooth user experience.
how we tackled it
We transferred the content and the Ultimate Tradesman brand from their previous site into our design for the new site. Vigilante Marketing’s designer, Tina Raposo, worked closely with the client to ensure her design stayed true to the company identity. She brightened up the colors scheme and added more construction motifs and textures.
Our lead developer, Peter Vigilante, built an easy-to-manage backend on the website to enable the Ultimate Tradesman staff to post new job listings and effortlessly review job applications. He utilized custom post types and custom field builders accessible to the client. So, employees can be empowered to modify fields when necessary. He also developed a Gravity Forms integration to make to simplify the frontend of the site. This allows recruiters to quickly post listings without the need to log in to the WordPress backend of the website.
