He is a Certified Usability Expert (CUA), Information Architect (IA), and Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), who uses design thinking, service design, and customer experience design methods to help his clients design and implement consistently exceptional experiences – based on profound customer understanding, effective visual design, and key interactions – to make the difference between a loyal, repeat customer, and one who gives up and moves on to the competition.
Sean’s skill set includes service design, customer experience design, user experience design, data visualization, visual design, interaction design, strategic planning, communications design, and wayfinding systems design.
Always committed to furthering his education, Sean is continuing his studies with an MSc in Information Design and Strategy at Northwestern University where he is writing his thesis on experience design and design thinking.
