Just email us. On Site Support and Site Partner, requests are covered up to your plan’s monthly support hours (1 hour or 4 hours). Anything beyond that, and all requests on Site Care, is billed at $100/hr, and we will always let you know before going over. Unused hours reset each month and don’t roll over.
We fix it at no charge, on every plan. If our maintenance caused it, it is on us.
For Site Care, yes. It is built around our hosting, which is how we keep it at $60/month. Site Support and Site Partner work with any host, but we highly recommend hosting with us: on our hosting we can monitor, back up and fix things directly, while support for sites hosted elsewhere may be limited by what the host allows.
