Community highlights like full green-space integration, trail networks, and nearby amenities are woven throughout. For townhome buyers, we showcased Edge View and Tallus on the Green, detailing floorplans and thoughtful design tailored to modern family life. We streamlined lead capture with a clear registration flow for updates and showhome visits and emphasized developer contact info for both lot and multi-family home inquiries.
