Joseph Bouchard

Joe grew up in the West Kootenays, where he experienced the Wild West of the fledgling Internet. His first tech jobs were in radio and television before he joined the Community Learning Network of BC and helped design the high school curriculum for the Tech 12 program. Joe studied Business Administration at Okanagan College, focusing on Marketing and Management. After moving to Vernon, Joe didn’t just settle for a job; he took the initiative and tried his hand at entrepreneurship. He created Internet Marketing Services and partnered with a local ISP to take his first steps in systems administration, Linux, and networking. Joe joined Web Management Services and later Sayvee Creative as a Technical Services Specialist. With extensive technical support experience with companies like Microsoft, he designed technical support systems for Sayvee, built and maintained many different servers and systems, and provided technical support for over 11 years. Joe is not only excited but deeply committed to providing excellent customer care and support for Vigilante Marketing’s IT needs. Your satisfaction is his top priority.
