How to Add a Payment Method to Your Vigilante Marketing Account

  1. Begin by logging into your Vigilante Marketing account: https://vigilante.marketing/my-account/
  1. Once logged in, you should be on the “My Account” page. If you are not, select the icon in the top right-hand corner and then select “My Account.”
  1. When you are on the “My Account” page, select “Account” and then “Payment Methods” from the menu on the left-hand side. 
  1. From the “Payment Methods” page, select “add payment method”.
  1. Enter your card number, expiry, CVV, and postal code. Then, select “add payment method”.
  1. If you have made a mistake, you can delete and add a new card by selecting “Delete” and following the previous steps in this guide. 
  1. Your payment method can now be attached to your subscriptions, such as your monthly hosting or retainer. To do this, select “Billing” and then “Subscriptions” from the menu on the left-hand side. 
  1. On this page, you will see your current active subscriptions. First, select the “Change Payment” button under the “Actions” section.
  1. Confirm the correct credit card information is listed on the screen and then select “Change Payment Method”.
  1. After selecting “Change Payment Method”, you will be automatically returned to your subscription account page. On this page, confirm the “Auto-renew” button is toggled on.
  1. Your monthly subscription will now auto-renew. If your card on file expires or you need to replace your current card, please follow the above steps to update your account to ensure your service with Vigilante Marketing is not interrupted.
